PropPie is building a source-cited intelligence layer where every number traces to a primary source — MahaRERA filings, IGR sale deeds, Government Resolutions. Every projection is a probability, not a promise. We never tell a user what to buy; we show them what the data says.

Information honesty — every claim is sourced. Every number includes its source, date, and sample size.
Probabilities, not promises — we say "60% probability of 8–12% appreciation over 3 years, with 20% downside risk," not "this will appreciate 10%."
No personalised investment advice — PropPie is information-only. This keeps us out of SEBI Investment Adviser regulation and is the right thing to do.
Source traceability — MahaRERA number, IGR registration date, GR notification number. Always.
